    Hi OutrunCypress87,

    Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. So it seems that the Xbox app cannot open because your Windows 10 OS is not updating.

    Unfortunately I can't type those characters into a translator so I'm not sure what error the picture is displaying. What happens when you try to update Windows? Do you get any error codes?

    I highly recommend going through this Windows update troubleshooter to help you solve update errors:

    Let us know once Windows is updated and if that solves the issue with opening the Xbox app.

    试过，一开始出现问题的游戏是狂野飙车8极速凌云，打开后大概三秒左右就会自动退出，我卸载重新安装后还是三秒左右会退出。然后我又随便安装了另一款别的游戏，也是会闪退。
