Win10 XBox app can't see friend online anymore

Solved this issue on my own. Turns out the privacy settings are BUGGED. Everything on GBBlackKnight was normal, like play with friends only, or share game activity and online status with friends only. I had to set it to allow everyone to get it to show up! **** people - how is that safe for kids!? This whole transition to Followers from Friends XBL is doing is rather dumb too - there should have to confirmation of friendship, instead of the Follow option. Way too open...

Another issue I noticed - I cannot see the Activity Feed of GBBlackKnight from GBBlackKnight1. What gives?? I have poured over every thing I can find trying to solve this issue and I'm beyond tired and pissed off at this. Why would I suddenly not be able to see my own account from my second one???

So I have two XBL accounts for the PC. One is GBBlackKnight and the other is . GBBlackKnight will not show online, no matter what I do. As a result, I cannot join a hosted game (Minecraft) from my other account/PC. This account is also connected to my Nintendo Switch. I can't connect to it from at all. I can connect from GBBlackKnight to 's hosted games no problem. The weird thing is, I have no issues connecting from a third XBL account to GBBlackKnight. I can even do a party chat from both BlackKnight accounts. I just can't see the online status and connect to hosted games. What gives? It's always been fine until this past week or so.

Replying from my other PC with a screenshot. Currently in party chat, but as you can see, the other BlackKnight on PC #1 is offline. On PC #1, I have selected 'go online' and it still shows on PC #2 as offline. I can go online on this PC (#2) and it shows up on PC #1 with no issues.

Again, back on PC #1. Both accounts show online from here, no issue.

I just can't find any help on this issue, and I have made no changes to any settings that I am aware of.

One suggestion I came across was to reinstall (which is a SUPER big problem as installing a 79 gig game for an update is ridiculous) which I'm doing right now. I'll post updates when it completes in about 5 hours.

An uninstall/reinstall does not work. I saw in the Xbox for Win10 app that the new map was available, so I tried reinstalling. I still got the older version and can't connect to any of my friends. I don't see that notification anymore, so someone must know
the truth of it.
