Win10 Xbox App cannot connect to Xbox One (Wireless)

I have a Win10 PC on a 5ghz Wireless network. The Xbox One is on a 2ghz network all on the same router.

The Win10 app can see the Xbox one as it shows up on the list, but I cannot to it.

Are the different channels really an issue?

Closing and reopening xbox app causes freeze

When using the xbox app on windows 10 to stream my xbox one to my PC, if I close the app and reopen and connect to my xbox, all my controllers cannot connect/reconnect.

I'm forced to shut off my xbox and turn it back on.

I've had this issue with both a wired controller connected to my PC and a wireless controller connected directly to my xbox one.

I've only started having this issue recently,

How to find all xbox live games on Xbox one?

Hi,

I have seen many xbox live games in App stores on Win10, but I cannot see the live games on my xbox one store.

If I download some live games from my Win10, I found some games can be found in my xbox one at the same time. Some games and apps can download and play well on xbox one but some not. Could you tell me how to find all live games on my xbox one? I want download
more.

Yes that's the most likely cause. Your PC will be trying to communicate with the xbox using the 5ghz channel, but as your xbox is connected using another channel, nothing will happen here. 90% sure they have to be on the exact same wireless channel. Your
PC detects the xbox one is there though based on IP.

I'm running the game on my Win10 laptop and trying to "project" (WinKey + P) it to my Xbox One X, with the "Wireless Display" app running.

It's the brand-new Xbox One app, just released last week.

if you mean direct streaming from xbox--> PC you have to connect your PC through the Win10 xbox app under "connect to your xbox one"

I´v got the same problem on my Xbox one s 2tb. if i connect to the console with Xbox smartscreen from win10 or android i can start apps on the Xbox, but Edge is the onky app working at the moment, all else gives black screen
