I... Thought I was clear when I put win10 in the title. Regardless, I already did a flushdns which yielded no results.

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sorry for the late response. Sounds like a serious issue here. So, I have a few questions for you to help us better understand what is going on here. Do you have other games that work fine on and offline? Preferably
games that recently came out like FH4.

Have you tried using a different network (like a mobile hotspot, or taking your setup to a friends or neighbors).
Doing this test will either prove that something needs to be changed with your router, or it will show us that the problem persists no matter what network you are on.

Also, what is the reason you are unable to get a wired connection going? Ever since I got my ethernet cable, I have had much less network issues with any device I use it on. I ended up getting a 75 footer
(still cheap) but, that's just because my router is far from my room.

Thank you for keeping us updated in regards to not being able to play online. Another step to try would be to remove
the Microsoft account by going to Settings, selecting
Accounts, and then selecting
remove
next to the account. Then re-add the account from the account picker when you
sign
in to the Xbox app.

Also, please go to
Start menu > Windows Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Xbox Live Multiplayer

What does it say for the NAT Type and Server Connectivity? Does it provide the option to "Fix" the issue?

the issue is with the forza game itself i have had every installment since they moved to pc and all of them had the same sort of issues and there's no clear cut solution. you will find that not tabbing out will help, but for me and many others thats no option
cause we play on pc cause then at least u can do stuff in meantime (change ur music, watch a vid w.e) I found no solution till this day ( so for 1,5 year now this is the trend and i dont believe it is going to change anytime fast cause i feel they ignore the
issue, prolly cause they know there is no quick fix)

for me its what has killed every forza title on pc so far cause it gets unbareable.
