    HI Tnort09. When your trying to log in is it with the Xbox App or with a specific game? Are you also experiencing error code: 0xc00d11cd (0x80004005) or is it a different code?

    Hope someone at Microsoft answers you (instead of just being lazy and letting us try to figure it out ourselves), because I'm getting the same exact error code when I try to play the Microsoft games (Solitaire, Mahjong, etc.). Running Win 8.1.

    I tried everything above and still no results. I did get results by going to the xbox official website and signing in from there. Once I accepted the terms I had full access an no error msg. Good Luck
