    Hi,

    my Xbone has just been given the Windows 10 update. I didn't ask for it, or want it. Now, nothing works unless the console is online. This is not acceptable. Can you post a way to rollback to the original Home screen. May I also take this opportunity
    to say that the new interface looks appalling. Full of crap that no one wants If there is no way to rollback, that's me and xbox finished for good.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    it only appears to have this problem when you have updated from win 8 to win 10. my laptop that i updated from win 7 to win 10 does not have this problem. also it happened 12/12 after a system update. my version is 1511 build 10586.36

    Well, you may be finished because there is no way to rollback. Have you tried doing a hard reset on your console to see if it will help resolve your issue? Hold the power button on the console down for 10 seconds until it powers down completely then let
    it sit for a couple of minutes and power it back on. Let us know if that helps.
