Win 10, Game Pass for PC, unable to connect to Destiny 2 servers.

I installed Destiny 2 and can launch the game, but it will not connect to the servers.

I have been trying every few hours for about ten hours.

I have exited and relaunched the xbox app. I have rebooted my computer, I have relaunched the game multiple times. I have tried about ten times in the last ten hours.

When I try to play it tells me the destiny 2 servers are not available and suggests I check for updates. There are no updates available in the xbox app.

Hi, I was unable to see any results with turning off my router, Xbox, and PC for a while. I also updated my computer but there were only Intel updates.

Hey Jake,

Thank you for responding. We understand you have been having some trouble hooking up your Xbox to your PC via your 5Ghz channel. If you have been able to connect them before, this could be related to a recent firmware update on your console which can be
remedied by performing a simple
Factory Reset on your console. Just be sure to select the option allowing you to keep your games and apps (this will save you the hassle of redownloading your big games). In addition to this, try using your 2.4Ghz connection if you get a chance. It might
give us an indication where the problem lies. Let us know how it goes!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention here on the forums. I understand you're having trouble with streaming your Xbox One to your Windows 10 PC through the Xbox App. Id first suggest you fully power your Devices down and unplugging them (the PC, Xbox
One, and network equipment) leave everything unplugged for at least 5 minutes to allow them to fully reset. After the time has passed you can plug in the network equipment first and let it boot up. Then you can plug in the other devices and give it another
