Willing there Xbox 360/one, account?

Is anyone else going to be handing down there account when they expire? I am! First off let me say I hope that is not for a very, very long time but when I do its going to my child, who then hand it off to someone else, will this be allowed? I know
you cannot sell the account but can it be given to a relative or friend??

Once you have a child, your priorities may shift a bit and Xbox may not seem so important anymore.

Nope when mine goes down and has expired it will stay dead. Technically you don't officially own your Xbox live account. If Microsoft wanted too they could shut down the Xbox live service with a click of a finger rendering everything anything or everything
related to your account useless and inaccessible.
