will you take a look at my 4 joystick controller?? I hope someone will produce it.

Please excuse my lengthy comment.

I made a 4 joystick controller with an arduino, it is functioning fine. I made this controller so that I could play 6 axis (space) games with a game controller. I tried with an ordinary game controller,, using the shoulders for roll and the buttons inside of the sticks for accel and reverse, but it wasn't really the medicine, and I couldn't picture anyone else wanting to do it.

So, my game controller has two joysticks for the trigger fingers, which you can use as 1 axis sticks, which allows you to be a bit more free with deflection of the sticks, meaning that the coordination learning curve to get up and flying a spaceship is actually not that much. In the future, I plan to put view on it's own stick, and use 3 sticks for navigation,, but for now I will just get some practice.

I have made a few videos trying to demonstrate the controller, and I will share them below, but I am working on my video result and I hope to make a better one after I get some practice with that.

The reason I am hoping to share my game controller, even though mine is working fine, is that I think that a lot of games are not on the market simply because there is not an intuitive control interface that the "general everyone" can feel is easy enough for them to just go playing the game. There are some in-depth space games and people use the space-mouse or a bunch of buttons, but there are some real benefits to being able to play casual games with a game controller (living room type, multi-player, casual, etc.). For example, the game "Orbital Racer" in simulation mode is an excellent game, and would make for a superb "space mario-kart", except that no one can fly 6 axis. So instead, the version on the ninetendo switch is in "arcade mode", where realistic physics are abandoned for a more familiar control interface and gameplay. So ironically the game that would be an excellent arcade style game is simply not available, and the "arcade mode" version is just not unique enough for anyone to bother with it,, they can play pod-racer and it will be the same, but bigger budget.

So I feel that if people had access to a production controller that offered 4 joysticks in my configuration (of course I also feel that my choice of control assignments is also one of the good ones, and I also think I know of the two other major control assignments that would also be preferred on such a controller, and which types of games would result in a gamer that prefers each one) , a lot of the games that I wish were available would BECOME available, as people decided that 6 axis inertial gaming is not that hard and offers a unique gameplay.
