    Just curious to know with all the bugs we experience in testing we do in the Alpha all the way down. Is anyone considering not enrolling in the xbox insiders program to avoid this on the new Xbox Series X/S?

    You can actually pre-order it now and play the game when your Xbox Series X console arrives. The Series X/S version of the game isn't compatible with Xbox One consoles including Xbox One X.

    Personally i can not wait for the new xbox one X to arrive. I do not have a 4k HDR TV yet even though i have the xbox one S, i know the xbox one X has loads of advantages listed here in this thread and is future proofed for when i inevitably buy my 4K HDR10
    compatible TV.

    Hi

    With the original Xbox One you will need to purchase a new power brick however I don't believe you will be able to purchase one in the US. If possible if might be worth looking to upgrade to and Xbox One S or X as the internal power supply supports both
    220V and 110V so all you would need to purchase is a new power cable when you arrive and you can then just connect the cable directly to the console.

    When does the xbox one x get the avatar editor update?

    Is her One S enrolled in the Insider Program? She may not be but if the console was pre owned by someone who is in the insider program and the avatar beta app is installed, she will have it.

    Xbox One original, Xbox One S and Xbox One X all can install the avatar beta app, it is not console specific. Check the Insider Hub App and enroll if it shows up for your ring.

    When does the xbox one x get the avatar editor update?

    Have you put the app on the S to see if that is enrolled. If none are showing on your profile on the X, means you aren't in the Insider Preview and you will not get any insider updates. Are you 100% sure that avatar beta is installed on the S? My gamerpic
    on here is from the avatar beta, not the best way to view my avatar
