Will you be getting Trials Fusion for the Xbox One?

How do you guys even get platinum? I don't even see it as an option past the bronze, silver, and gold...

Also, Sin, what I'm talking about is the screen immediately after you finish a track where it awards your medal. There's some sort of tracker thing with 1, 2, 3... and locked icons with skulls in them.

@GG - The platinum times wont unlock until after you complete Event 7s The Greater Crater (the 2nd hard set of tracks (you need around 110? medals)) and unlock the Event 8 (the extreme tracks). The numbers after the medal award are just the events youve
unlocked and it tells you how many more medals you need to unlock the next event.

@Cloud - Ive put at least a couple hundred hrs into HD & Evolution, so I can do certain things fairly easily at this point, but I am always learning new things and everybody goes through the same learning curve and frustrations. I am very far from 'maxing'
everything which I wont do anyway Even though I have gold on all Hard tracks, i still have a few faults on some of them, and Ive only made sure I have at least bronze on the extremes (in fact i have over 200 faults on Inferno IV), much less started getting
platinum times. So I have a loooong way to go when I get back to it. Dont forget you can watch leaderboard replays of the best times (top 5K or 10K times i think) if you get stuck to see what other riders are doing. Have fun & dont get frustrated!

GG, I dread to think how hard this is 'going' to get when I am already struggling on just the plain ahrd levels lol! The sound of platinum just makes me shudder :/

I wasn't playing Trials last night BAZ so I cant comment there mate. Sorry.

LTA well you probably got further than I ever will lol. I need to master that horrid bunny hop technique, so so glad stunts are not as tied into the game as they could of been because I have trouble aligning them up :/

I was trying to do a stunt achievement last night (20k points in one jump) and its so so hard to pull off. Even with youtube as a guideline.

@cloud - the bunny hop isnt horrid , but yes it is one of the essential skills. In addition to practicing that there are 2 really good skill games that will help you immensely in the game the better you learn them, the wheelie skill game and the hill
climb (ice climb?). Learning to take those as far as you can will make you better overall and they can be applied to tracks in unexpected ways as both are essential skills. One other thing, you can use the track editor to build obstacles that you are weak
on to practice them over and over.

Again you have some great advice right there. I hadn't even thought about creating a course and setting it up to make myself better at the things I fail at. I think I know what levels you are talking about. I did actually get through the game a few nights
back and now I have the dread of trying for squirrels and platinum badges so I better kiss goodbye to the little patience I have left lol!

I'm not sure if it's harder tho them last extreme tracks certainly seem so, the first events from easy to 2nd medium seem a-lot easier to plat than the first same events on evolution.... so i dunno but it could be just i have actually got better at the game,
i find it teaching me the skills i need subtly, just that damned bunny hop, especially on them ramps into vert boxes... argh drives me mad.

Can add me if you want some leaderboard plats to compare yourself to or need a plat ghost to help you along i dont mind, only got 3 xb1 friends on at the mo and they're mates from rl

I think i'd rather stick hot needles in my eyes than began to imagine how much pain that must be lol

I have just made a time that's ranked me at 233 in the leaderboards, i don't think i have made it into the top 500 ever in my trials life n on a quad track of all things lol

@GG - trust me, wait till you unlock the pit viper before trying to go through the warp zones - i think there is another one at the end of the marina track (?). Will make your life much easier.

@Cloud - Since this is your 1st Trials (i believe u said), the learning curve is huge, but soooo satisfying. I remember when I first started playing HD and thought I wouldnt get through any of the hard tracks and I thought that extremes were literally impossible.
There were a lot of really good riders who gave me a lot of tips and helped me get over the initial frustrations and learn how the bikes move and react leading to EXTREME joy when you finally no fault and then platinum your first extreme track down the line.
The Trials community is awesome (the redlynx forums are filled with helpful people & the devs at times) and most are willing to help out. I personally will pay it forward since i am very grateful for the tips i received if you need any advice or such. Course
it helps to put in 100s of hours practice also

Glad you are enjoying it tho as Trials (any version) is one of my favorite games ever.
