Hello, unfortunately only Enforcement can take this type of action, after you report a player or some action he has taken, Enforcement will analyze the case, check if he violated any Microsoft terms of use and check what kind of action he will take.

In these cases, not even Xbox support can get a player banned or suspended.

As long as they have been reported, then they will be investigated and the appropriate actions would be taken against them. It wont always happen right away and you typically will not be notified when it does happen.

Just block, set privacy to friends only and move on essentially.

During a party chat my partner was called fat and disgusting and was told by these 2 lads that they were going to rape her and shove a pole up inside her and split her, all sorts of vile disgusting comments were made by these 2 lads and I feel like nothing has been sldone even though 3 of us reported them and blocked them they are still spamming her with party invites 3 days after this incident occurred

As long as the players were reported the enforcement team will investigate and issue whatever punishment they deem necessary.

If this had happened in a message with text then action likely wouldve been taken quicker since they have a filter to catch this sort of thing but it may take longer since it happened in a voice chat.

That being said in the meantime, your friend should set her privacy settings to only allow friends to message her

Other than that you wont typically be notified when action on one of your reports is taken. They used to send you a "thank you" message in the past but i dont believe theyve done that for a long while.
