Will Xbox or Microsoft ever listen to the Xbox insider community

Therr is usb audio and headset support

The issue isn't on xbox side

You are forgetting the issue

To be used on consoles

Manufacturers MUST make it compatible and license said devices therr are security chips attached to consoles and they MUST follow methods

You have arctis.headsets among others that are labeled made for xbox

If you want to.take.a risk.of a third party that's on you there is no guarantee without made for (device )

I think when we're talking about listening to feedback we should separate Xbox from Microsoft. To be fair Microsoft have listened to a lot of feedback in the last few decades, and implemented changes based on that in their OS's and other software, all the
way up to Win 7 at least, Win 8 is a bit iffy but the service pack did bring community requested changes. Xbox too have listened to feedback and made changes, most noticeably during betas for new dashboards etc. They've massively dropped the ball on this new
console though, but I can't honestly say Microsoft on the whole don't ever listen to their customers.

I don't think Microsoft have ever stopped listening. I'm a big fan of the Kinect, but if the Kinect or the price of the Xbox One was affecting sales then I'm glad Microsoft are releasing a Kinect-less bundle.

I'm glad they are doing this and honestly expected nothing less. Microsoft seems to have learned since the launch of the Xbox one and if they continue to listen to customers the Xbox series X could be they're best selling console ever.
