Will Xbox One have Arcade?

Has microsoft released anything about this. Trials was one of the best games I ever played and I'm hoping to see the arcade come to xbox one. Xbox Hold Em was also awesome on the arcade.

xbox one not have exclusives

How is DR3 not a console exclusive now? Is it coming to the WiiU or PS4? You do know PC doesnt count right? MS puts most of their games on the PC as well but they are still console exclusives. Nice try though!

PS: Please tell me all the new franchises Sony has, they milk just as many franchises as Nintendo and MS.

 

MS has already stated there is no difference between Games (Full Retail/ Arcade). They are simply not calling Games that would have been an "arcade game" an Arcade Game.

Its all just Games now.

 

I was wondering about that Lost Kauz. I couldn't find MS's statement regarding this but I knew they had said something regarding this, but couldn't remember. Thanks for the heads up.

 

They already released an arcade game called LocoCycle. It's 1000g on XboxOne and 400g (360 arcade standard) on the 360. I liked the distinction between retail and arcade though. Why did they change it? Do they think arcade games sell better when they're
not specified as arcade games? Or do they just want to lure people in with a higher gamerscore total?

Well, if you look at my games you'll see most of them are arcade games. It's pretty easy to browse through them by sorting arcades and retails seperately. I buy retails on disc anyway, so I don't need to see those on the marketplace. I don't have an Xbox
One yet so I don't know how it's done now, but I'm guessing you can't sort like that anymore.

 

Nope, Games are not sorted to Retail/ Arcade on the Xbox One as all Games simply appear in the Marketplace.

 

I like this idea though, as some games which could be arcade games are in fact bigger or better than some retail games, I agree with lostkauz that games are games.

there sort of is they are just priced at like $15 instead of $59.99

 

a arcade would be nice but wont be to upset if theres not one
