Will Xbox Live Connectivity affect saved game progress?

kinect games are a nightmare with this new problem, cannot sign into a profile with a saved game progress unless on live, it has affected all users with live, but most dont know it as they are always connected to xbox live.....

This procedure does not affect games and applications, only the Xbox operating system. But either way, I recommend connecting to Xbox Live, your progress and saved games will be synced to your account.

As far as I know an enforcement action like a suspension will not remove any Gamerscore and game process, assuming the suspension is a temporary one.

As long as you were connected to xbox live all your game progress will be saved on the cloud.It'll automatically sync when you start up a game.

Game saves are stored on a partition on the internal SSD, even if the games you're playing are stored on an external HDD or an expansion card. If you are connected to Xbox Live, they are automatically backed up there. That applies to both disc-based games and digital ones. Saves are automatically kept in sync, so if you play a game and make a bunch of progress on it, that new local save will be backed up to Xbox Live, replacing the save that was on there.

When you play a game you have saved progress on for the first time after receiving the refurbished console, after you launch it it will say "Syncing data for Forza Horizon 5" (or whatever the game is), a copy of your cloud save will be downloaded to the console's internal SSD, then you will continue on from where you left off.

So, as long as you were connected to Live when you you were playing, and as long as everything worked as it should, you will not lose any progress on your games.

If, however, you were playing offline, and not connected to Live, your progress would be lost.
