Will xbox gamepass ever actually become a well made app?

Hello, I am genuinely wondering, after you guys get the what must be atleast thousands of daily complaints and negative comments on the state of xbox gamepass app on pc, what do you do about it, because for years now this has been a waste of time to use, I literally have to open microsoft store to get some games to start downloading in the xbox gamepass app, the games crash more often, the game updates are usually later than other platforms, the network is sub-par, literally even today I had the doom dark ages pre-install button available ONLY through the microsoft store, but not the gamepass app, then the download had to be paused, think I could get it to start again after waiting over half an hour? of course not, cancelled the download to try fresh, will the fresh download start straight away? no it will just decide to start when it feels like it. I hear the same trials and tribulations from large groups of other gamers constantly, the idea of getting gamepass for the month is actually weighed down by the idea that I would actually have to use the app and endure the terrible system. I don't want some generic "oh did you trouble shoot your isp" or "did you check if you have enough hard drive space?" response honestly I'd rather be ignored than that. you guys surely know internally know how bad this is.

As a paying customer and supporter of windows in general for most of my life, it's absolutely shameful to see how much we have been left out in the cold with this frustrating, out classed app that has remained in a bad state for actual years now. That's my honest genuine opinion with as little of my frustration bleeding through as I could manage.

I would love to come back here in the future and be able to praise how well the app works and that I will use it regularly but right now it's actually the worst gaming experience I have ever had in over 15 years. I feel like I have been somewhat scammed as I cannot actually use the product as advertised.

In short, yes, I switched accounts for access to gamepass, but use the same account for minecraft. To add on to this the previous account had my xbox as its home xbox. Since I am using another account for gamepass, I made my xbox its home xbox as well as to not interrupt anyone who actually plays on the account.

Ever since the last update, my Gamepass for PC app will not work. I cannot click on anything - the app has become totally unresponsive. Uninstalling and re-installing does nothing.

You can't merge accounts ever on any server it is a security risk

You can download other games from your store profile but you cannot use your gamrsaves from the other profile

I think you are mistaking the proccess

One you only need to be signed into the gamepass account in the XBOX App to download the games from gamepass

You only need to sign in on the store profile with your gamrsaves if you need to download from that store profiles games and to play those games saves

You aren't downloading any new profiles you are only accessing to profiles from within the xbox app

Whenever you choose to use the gamepass profile for saves well you just made it harder

So as long as you don't use gamrsaves or certain features like gamepass ultimate cloud play you will be fine with only the original account

they won't change it, also some of the supposedly pc games on offer in gamepass are actually just xvd images of actual modified xbox one games made to run via pc.
