    If I use an "A to A" usb cable between my computer and my xbox 360, will I be able to move files (like game saves) between the 2, or will I need to use a usb flash drive(moving it back and forth between them) in order to do that?

    Xbox files are not meant to be seen by a PC and moved back and forth between the two and the PC won't be able to see the Xbox files.

    Is this for the 360 or the One? What size is the USB stick?

    USB drives for the Xbox One must be USB 3.0 compatible and at least 256 GB in size to work.

    If it's for the 360 then perhaps the drive is corrupted.

    You need the USB memory stick for the Xbox 360. (not use if regular USB sticks work) You can (not 100%) copy your profile from the Xbox 360 your using to the USB stick and then use anywhere you plug that stick into (all xbox 360 systems)
