    Hi there,

    First, let me briefly explain what a CronusMax does. There are two main things it can do:

    1. Allows usage of any controller on any console (for me, using an Xbox One Elite on an Xbox 360).

    2. Allows various unfair advantages such as auto-aim (I am NOT going to use this part of it!).

    I simply would like to use my Elite on a 360 so I don't have to buy something like a Scuf to be comfortable. I absolutely don't intend to use any of the cheats that the device has (which are completely optional), and I understand that if I did I would be
    very likely banned (and rightly so).

    The fact that it ALLOWS unfair advantages to gameplay will pretty much put your console/account at risk for banning, so you pretty much answered your own question.

    3. Just an excuse for 99% of the people using them, there is the Xbox Adaptive controller for the less able and games can offer in game options to further help out those that are less able,

    I despise anyone using this device, If I find anyone in game using this device, I report them, ( I can see the subtle tell tale signs of a CronusMax user through killcams or spectator, I've spent a lot of time watching video's of how the scripts act when
    there in use in games )

    When someone uses...

    Aim assist, which is almost on par to an Aimbot,

    No Recoil and Rapid Fire - these are the most popular scripts downloaded and there's many more to choose from,

    Your 100% guaranteed going to lose against someone using a CronusMax when their running their scripts.

    The CronusMax reminds me of the Xbox 360 days, The days of the JTAGS.

    It is called modding and it is against the user agreement for the Xbox 360 terms of use. It is considered modifying the game and results in a permanent ban. It is more than likely Xbox will not unban your grandsons xbox.

    Elite Controller - my experience including problems, a short review and suggestions for improvement.

    Elite controller is a god send for me after the DS4. That thing destroyed my hands so I thought I'd bring the cronusmax out. I now use the Elite on both xb and ps consoles from this gen and last.

    OP, if you're set on wanting to use the 360 controller on the XB1, get yourself a 3rd party non ms adapter, the option is there though unofficial.
