    Will true wireless headsets come to XB1?


    I've noticed that all of the headsets that have been released aren't true wireless...You still have to plug into the controller. Did Microsoft remove the option of NOT using the controller for a headset?

    Can someone explain to me what is going on with next gen headsets/sound quality?

    All I know is, my spliced headset adaptor I made from the included headset is going to work fine for me until true wireless headset options come out (no wires between headset and controller)...

    Need help finding a true universal wireless over the ear headset

    Hi all,
    I need help with finding a universal wireless over the ear (around the ear) gaming headset that must work with PC, Xbox one, and PS4, and must be over the ear!
    I know some headsets like Astro A50 are so called wireless, but when it comes to the Xbox one, you have to wire it to the controller for the mic to work.
    So please help me to find a true universal wireless headset.
    Price: the lower, the better!

    I use TB xp 400 you have to plug them into the headset adapter if you want to use the mic.

    Also TB/MS have no plans for a Bluetooth adapter which would make them truly wireless

    From what I've read about the link that CypressPhil23 posted, the TurtleBeach headsets being released in October will be 100% wireless.

    Mine are fully wireless until it comes to xbox, one and that goes for every other fully wireless headset, you have to use the headset adapter to use the mic I cannot find anything which says those would fully work without the adapter until they put some
    specs on this headset we wont know
