    Good day. I would like to know how Microsoft will compensate for these problems??? I have not been able to play for two days and we have paid for a service

    That's not really a question anyone here can answer i'm afraid as no one would know.

    I guess it's possible but I think Microsofts main focus is on the Xbox One/S/Scorpio.

    I got them on the 360 dashboard movies. I can't watch any of them as they are not here. I only have my xbox360 and no PC.

    It looks like you're signed in for both of those images, Kris, but you are using different profiles. (TruKris, KrisTru). This variation in dashboard content can be caused by different account & online settings, Gold vs Free membership, different billing
    regions, dashboard themes, and Child vs Adult account.
