Will there be a fix to the download problem???

This game is useless if you can't download new puzzles. Will there be a fix?????

that scratch culd be the problem try to remove it with a scratch remover and try agine if it does not work try to get a new cd.

You can also try using some toothpaste to buff out the scratch if it's a deep one. However, if it's so deep that the foil is damaged the disc is toast.

You could also try installing a friends copy to your hard drive and then using yours in the drive for validation. You've paid for the game, so it's not like you're cheating anyone out of money by doing this.

can no longer purchase new puzzles on puzzle gallery. will this ever be fxed

You can create your own puzzles until the DL issue is fixed. It will only save 4 at a time, but you only have to right click on the puzzle and delete it. Then create 4 more. I created a folder in my Pictures folder and named it Puzzles (of course ) Then
I open the Puzzles folder, set it to the side of my screen. Then go to google or Bing and search for pics. For instance, Rivers pics, Turtles pics, Frog pics, etc. Whatever theme or subject you want. When you have the pics showing, choose the ones you
want as a puzzle, and drag and drop it to the Pictures folder. Then go to the Create your own within the game and choose create and then go to the Pictures folder and choose the pic, create the puzzle, then create 3 more the same way. When you have worked
those four, delete them by right clicking on each and choose delete. I only name mine simple names like, a,b,c,d, or 1,2,3,4, since they are temps. There's no limit doing it that way. You can delete all the pics with that theme and go find some more. Have
fun.

Ok, since we've gotten no response from this forum, I went looking for a solution to the downloading puzzle problems. It's probably in your privacy settings.

I found this solution in another support forum.

1. Close Microsoft Jigsaw. 2. Go to settings. 3. Click on Privacy. 4. Click on Background Apps. 5. Turn on " Let apps run in the background, if it's off. 6. Scroll down to Microsoft Jigsaw and set it to "On"

Now open Microsoft Jigsaw again and try to down load your puzzles again. If it doesn't work, restart your PC. Mine started working right after the restart. Good Luck.

Becauze it is troubleshooting

You do know that not every situation is the same right?

Does your account region match your actual region if not then it will cauze download issues

If not your situation what about another person?

See what i mean?

You dont know if it is the server or the persons fault you have to ask the person the correct questions

Sometimes it the connextion type like fibre or lte Or ttheir dsl is too slow

I suggest you call a tech support line it is the exact same proccess

Questions are asked and troubleshooting is suggested

You wont get far in life if you dont answer questions

There is no way for us to read your minds

Most of the time its because of a region mismatch which would cause most of the problems

But beczuae not everyone list or provide the troubleshooting info listed in the download sticky for us to help them

Questions have to be asked

Maybe you should take the time to actually help people

That's my favorite. "Has something changed about your internet speed? That might be the problem. Oh yeah, has your region info changed since two days ago when you downloaded something?" ive tried it all as well. clearing cache. tried deleting the file itself
but it doesnt even download enough to register that its on the hard drive. ah well. guess ill spend some money with someone else until this all gets fixed. just a shame.
