Will the xbox safety team reply to me?

Someone at xbox told me to reply to an email the xbox safety team sent me regarding my banned account. The dude at xbox told me to write back to them saying why I deserve to be unbanned and what really happened with my account/why it got banned. It's been 4 days with no response. He also told me it would give me a chance to get some sort of 2nd appeal

Well how come the support website says that if someone mods gamerscore then xbox will just remove the gamerscore?? Why was I perma banned. The enforcement team is just a load of 💩

Support have been known to give incorrect information regarding things they don't handle directly

No. They don't reply via email and there is no way to get a second appeal.

Well how come someone at xbox support told me they can reply and even the official xbox support on twitter. Who even are you??

They used to do that. They've also changed how the do things over the years. It's also possible they could have found other things along with modded gamerscore that would result in a permanent ban.
