Will The Scorpio Have A Day 1 Achievement?

And will it have Day 1 engraved on the controller? ...Or are things like that meaningless?

don't worry your little hearts. Microsoft took Don Mattricks for a reason. The Scorpio is their way of saying we know we blew it on hardware and will redeem ourselves with the Scorpio. No specs were announced because there is still over a year for development
to take place. Since Phil Spencer has taken over they have followed through on every statement they make. the original xbox and xbox 360 were respectively at the edge of performance in their day. xbox 1 abandoned that premise and went a different direction.
The Scorpio will be the console it should have been and the 1 that gamers wanted.

Ummmmmm about Project Scorpio you really should of kept as Xbox Scorpio or just Scorpio instead of Xbox 1 X because there is already a Xbox 1 and a Xbox 1 S

Well vampirella, I have both for the XB1 and they are completely useless.

 

I went to the Xbox 1 Midnight Launch in NZ, and have the Xbox 1 Day 1 Edition with Kinect.

But Microsoft is expanding our Xbox stuff so we can play it on our PC. I doubt if Xbox Scorpio will be able to beat my custom desktop PC which has the almighty 6th gen Intel Core i7-6700k quad core processor (4 cores, 8 threads) and a high base speed of
4Ghz with turbo boost to 4.2Ghz, an SSD, 16GB DDR4 2400Mhz HyperX RAM, and Sapphire Nitro overclocked with backplate AMD Radeon R9 390 with 8GB GDDR5 @ 384GB/s bandwidth and 512-bit bus, which is a higher memory bandwidth and bigger bus capacity than the GTX
980.

I don't care about the Day 1 Achievement as you get 0G for it, as for them engraving our controllers, I totally love that idea. I can say "wooo, Microsoft autographed my controller". Well it was manufactured like that under the direction of Microsoft, so
I call it autographed. My autographed Xbox 1 Day 1 controller still is working fine. I wave it around the street, showing it off, just joking.

With that said, of course the Scorpio won't beat PCs in power or performance. Duh.

 

Hey vamp i got my 1st custom desktop so yes Im hyper about it.

 

The achievement will be those desperate enough to camp all day for one and than have their stupid mug shot posted all over social media which everyone will forget about it in a day. Kind of like apple products, EVERY apple product.

 

I actually heard it will be a day 23 achievement for those really die hard fans ;-p
