Will the games be the same if i play Xbox game pass from Xbox to pc?

Yes and No. Some games are Xbox Play Anywhere games, which means you purchase on Windows, you get the game at no extra cost on Xbox. Those games share the same save data on both platforms, (Including FH5).

Other games that are not Play Anywhere usually don't share the same save data, although some exceptions do happen, e.g. Quantum Break.

Hi, I have just signed up to the new game pass ultimate. Is cross platform play available for these games? Can I play on PC with friends who have the same game on Xbox One.

Also, if I have the same game through game pass on both xbox one and PC, do the saved games transfer from one to the other. If not, this should really be a feature

As long as the title is play anywhere or allows for cross platform in this case (PC / xbox) then yes, you can do that.

Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold, Game Pass for Console, and Game Pass for PC. As long as you're signed into the same account on both the PC and Xbox, you would have Game Pass on both.

You won't be able to access all Xbox games on the PC. Only games that are Play Anywhere or included in Game Pass for PC.
