So,about the game.

I have a friend that gets messages about he’s Xbox (games,updates…)

And I’m doing a sleepover with him. I am going to tell him ofc but I don’t want him to get an email

So if I will sign in my own Microsoft account and then install the game,will he get an email ?

I don't think he will because you are logged in to your account. He will not get any emails for that.
