    First, welcome to the Xbox community. According to what I researched, yes this monitor will support 1440P at this refresh rate, I say this because some monitors don't have enough transfer speed on their HDMI ports to support both of these things at the same time.

    The HDMI ports on this monitor are 2.0, the Xbox x series comes bundled with an HDMI 2.1 cable, which is designed to support resolutions up to 8K. Usually, people use this cable to run 4K games at 120FPS, but 2.0 is enough to run games at 1440P at 120FPS.

    Choppy/ Blur feel on series x?

    I have, I've tried every setting on xbox and the monitor I just got a new monitor a Dell s2721dgf, and its consistent on there as well, im not entirely sure if its screen tearing but if I move my camera in game doesn't matter which game I get a choppy nauseating like feeling. On YouTube videos of the same games on series x it looks way more smooth, like a crisp transition mine feels off. I can provide videos and pictures if needed I'm just not sure if its me or the console at this point. Three series x's so im stumped

    As far as my budget if this monitor doesn't work, I'm really not trying to go over $300. Also, it may be worth noting that I'm not particularly interested in 4k gaming. 1440p, 120fps (or even 1080p, 120fps) would be fine with me.
