    Will Someone PLEASE Provide Support For ReCore Gen Discussion!?


    Currently, plenty of folks are having issues with the game ReCore and posting in the ReCore section in the General Discussion forum. It seems like the best place to post and this section is filled with misplaced threads and FAQ answered questions, also one
    section for support of all games is just crazy (hopefully the pending forum update will work as expected).

    PLEASE send someone to view and respond to the many posts that are requesting support and providing feedback on the game. As it stands, NOBODY is providing support. The ReCore website is appalling, offering very little information and sits in a pre-release
    state. It is very disheartening to see Microsoft's name all over this product, with so many issues and even missing content/ characters, and virtually no support at all, or even any acknowledgement to the feedback.

    PLEASE SUPPORT RECORE ASAP

    /rant This trend of releasing games with large day one updates and still including several bugs, just keeps getting worse. It seems as if developers are putting very little resources into Alpha testing games and basically skip Beta testing, leaving it to
    folks who are excited to buy a game when it's released and, rightfully so, expect a finished product. Now, the norm is buying a game and expecting a large patch on day one and the standard 30$ DLC which seems like content that was cut from release and rarely
    worth it. (Props to Projekt Red on "Witcher 3" for doing things right in terms of support and quality DLC, which reset the bar on the standards we once had) I've come across many posts where folks mention they gave up on buying games on release, and stick
    to buying Gold, Definitive, GOTY editions of games to avoid the poor launch state of games and paying extra for DLC that doesn't reflect the price of it. /endrant

    Not negative at all. You just have a negative mindset. There is nothing wrong with wanting someone to not be lazy and provide proof of the info they are sharing.

    Yes, cause and effect. Your lack of skills to ignore and desire to continually and habitually pick on me is effecting the quality of many discussions around here. But you continue to be closed-minded and blind to the fact that you're a bigger issue than I ever have been in this thread and many others. I'm asking for someone to provide proof and support for the discussion. You're just here to bitch about something entirely unrelated.

    If there are issues/bugs with the game then you would need to take it up with the games developers.

    The Recore forum is not a support forum anyway so no one from support will see any of the posts.

    Yeah I would take this issue up with the game developers/publisher. I hear your and sympathize with your frustrations on the development cycle and releasing of games with the dreaded day one patches. Hopefully as the developers get to work on more projects
    the pitfalls and lessons learned from past launches will make for a better release on the next game.

    The funny/ pathetic part is that Microsoft is the publisher. They hyped it up so much because it is one of their new "cross play" titles and after the launch it's dead quiet. The developer's webpage is pretty much in its prelaunch state and hardly a website.
    It says they are working on several updates, but the linked page they said to go to for more info only has a summary of what the last update was. (I prefer bullet points indicating individual issues that were addressed) And, has no info or "road map" for what
    it is they are working on. I feel at least giving customers an idea of what they are working on or plan to accomplish and providing a timeline. I know most companies don't like to make such info available because of the silly idea that customers will be more
    upset if goals aren't met, but I would rather know what's going on and that stuff is being addressed. I don't think that missing announced target goals is anywhere near as frustrating as not having any insight at all as to what's going on.

    Also, the developers website says to direct issues/ problems to Microsoft. Unless i'm mistaken, there is a single section @ microsoft.com/support that addresses all game issues and it was overwhelmed with misplaced threads and everything else that stuff
    there wouldn't get noticed. There was also a stickies post saying that they intend to revamp the forums and one such goal is to combine support with individual game titles. I posted here because I think I saw some sort of mod/dev activity here and hoped they
    would maybe shout across the cubicals to send help to Recore.

    Again.it's an issue you need to take up with the developers,not sure why you were told to ask Microsoft.

    The publishers don't have anything to do with making the game or fixing bugs.

    If it was an issue playing the game then we might be able to help here but what you are describing are bugs/issues with the game itself which is down to the developers to patch/fix.
