Will Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy Xbox 360 game be added to backwards compatible...

They do that often, so I wouldn't be surprised at it being listed under the "The Elder Scrolls" on the site. I recall they listed Bourne Conspiracy under "Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy", which really goes against conventional methods of listing something
by its name.

You should contact the game's developer for information on that. However, currently MS is not doing any additional BC games for the time being while they get ready for the release of Scarlett in 18 months so we will have to wait until the program is started
back.

At this point in time, there will be no further backwards compatible games. The backwards compatible team have been reasigned to Project Scarlett, to ensure all current available games on Xbox One will be available on the new console.

Microsoft did share that they would no longer be working on the Xbox Backwards Compatibility program and instead have it's team focus on making sure the new console is ready for launch. This doesn't mean there is no chance of the Bourne Conspiracy becoming
backwards compatible, and you should reach out to the developer (High Moon Studios) and let them know this is something you would like to see. Maybe they would look into creating a remastered edition.

But what if the game is not on the list like The Bourne Conspiracy or Army of Two: The 40th Day, can those only be played on the 360 console only?
