I think the Halo reason is the only one I can think of too. though I don't like Halo it's one of the only true exclusives I think. What is the more you speak of.?

Silly, I own both consoles.

 

How's the Xbox One hardware/software reliability?

i own both consoles and i love them both so why not just save money to get the xbox one so down the road you wont regret nothing and u have 2 great consoles with there own exclusives but that is my own opinion i have no issues with both of mine

 

Titles I have interest in not available on PS4: Dead Rising, Forza, Ryse, Killer Instinct, Titanfall, Project Spark, PvZ:GW, Sunset Overdrive, Quantum Break, D4, Halo, Gears of War, Crackdown, Fable. Just off the top of my head.

Titles I have interest in not available on XB1: Infamous & The Order. However that is very little interest because the is no online features for those so I can wait a few years until they get cheap & used.

At this point all the games I enjoy can be played online with friends and since Xbox has the best online service and the majority of the games they release feature online modes, it keeps me well entertained.

 

What Collapse said. I would love to have a WII U and PS4 cause of games but don't have the money. So I got a X1 cause it has more games I like. But all console I would own if I could cause of the games not the visuals. Its call gamer for a reason not call

Not going to happen.

I play on the platform that has the games
and features I want. If I want to play with other console owners, I play on my Xbox One. I also use my Xbox One for media and control features which no other platform has at this time.

 

@CollapseControl you say Xbox has the best online service what are you comparing that to PS3? the only thing X1 has now is the X1 servers that nobody except TitanFall is using so there the same except PS+ is 10$ cheeper and gives you free games.

 

I was once again heading out to get a ps4 but before I did I jumped online to see what new games are coming...still don't see one that interest me for the next few months atleast. I'm still waiting...for now i'll just keep dumping that would be playstation
money into my student loans to pay those off faster...makes more sense untill they actually get some games.

 

I'm talking about reliability, it is easily known that MS knows how to handle networking better than Sony. Need we be reminded of the fiasco of 2010, which spawned the whole PSN+ free game program. Speaking of which is great for gamers and is truly the best
part of PS online. Now if they actually gave away some worth while exclusives I'd be more impressed. When MS starts the GwG program we will see what they offer and then compare.

 

Wan't Xbox down just the other day? And you don't think ps+ gives away good free games the PS3 free games are top notch and at least they are giving free games on PS4. Could be a while before X1 does and with there track record of free stuff I wouldn't
be too excited,

So you picked up the X1 for the tv functions then? But you also played on the 360.

And to play with other console users. Thats very nice of you.

 

The free games on PS3 are mostly good and plentiful, sure, even tho majority of them I already played and completed on 360 prior. The games 360 offer may be more dated but are also great titles and even tho I have had some of them, a lot of friends didn't
and now they can play them online with me, giving new life to the titles. I also like the fact that the games I have won't go away if I stop logging in.

As for comparing PS4 to XB1 "free" games I can't do that until MS actually starts it. I'm not getting my hopes up that it will be mind blowing tho. Maybe at E3 they will reveal what there plan is.

 

@btsn no I'm using a headset the chat clarity just isn't on the level of x1 chat. It is fine just not as good for whatever reason.

 

I was online without a hitch the launch day of Titanfall but there were reports of log in issues and as far as I could tell it was fixed by the time the gaming media started reporting it. I did have a friend say he couldn't log in, but it was only a few
moments before we were online calling in Titans. I also believe it didn't effect 360 users. I bet it was hiccup with all the new XB1 owners booting up their consoles to play, just like December 2007 when COD4 & Halo 3 were blowing up servers with all the Christmas
newcomers. That was THE only time I went a 2 day period without playing online. Other than that I haven't had any extended period of time with XBL issues.

 

I bought an Xbox One because I am an early adopter. I am lucky enough to have the means to own all the consoles and their various requisite online services.
