will not refresh the licence so end up with adverts

This game will not refresh licence I'm told to upgrade to premium which has now increased in price since my problem started .

I'm told once installed click on up grade then told to uninstall game then reinstall game to refresh the licence now this problem started back in October when the price was £7.95 but now its £11.95 so after I uninstall then reinstall the licence has not
refreshed an I'm left with ads now I have spoke to many Microsoft techs but they have no idea what's going on and now its becoming a joke Microsoft as you don't seem to know what to do even though its your game from your store .

So really unimpressed with your service and your increase in price if this had been sorted back in October then I would have been charged the lower price .

so 0/10 for poor service and response from back in October to present day

B.I.O.N., I've had this conversation before with MSN chat representatives for the same cause. I believe they saw it my way, and finally decided to click buttons on thier end and the adverts stopped appearing in my MSN, thus no longer wasting more of my bandwidth
than the chat was.

same applies here... The adverts are using more bandwidth than I am in chat (text or voice) or the games that I play.

As to the 500k per advert... multiply that by 8 menus... then multiply that by 4 boxes per menu... Were just up to 8Mb after turning the box on (Not to mention the delayed reboot because of it)... wait... and every few moments.... they all refresh... about
once every 15 mins and we have 32Mn/hr... leave your system idle overnight and its startting to add up... All week, and your "inexpencive" options for internet are being rather constrained... And you havn't even looked at any of the other options inside
that are "refresh downloads" just cuz they changed graphics on the adverts...

Just how much bandwidth is used during online game play compared to the adverts?

Yeah, Xbox Live Refreshes the adverts, when you connect to LIVE etc..

Not really sure if this will help but it is worth a try. Remove you profile from the console and perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload
the profile, login and test the results. If that doesn't work you will need to contact support again for assistance. Contact Us | Xbox Support

The BC program has now ended, even if it has not the game would need renewed licences and that is impossible from fox studios as disney now own family guy. it would be up to disney to make a refresh of the game.
