Will not load Home page on Xbox One. 0x8027025a

Every time I try loading up my Xbox I get that error code with the Xbox saying, 'For some reason Home took too long to load'. Even trying to hard reset does nothing. Everything I do doesn't work and I'm out of options on what to do.

Also, try doing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the
console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Most of the troubleshooting appears to be for when this happens after launching an app or game DVD Blu ray etc. For me it loads the main green screen, then turns into a black screen, then after lots of waiting says the same
thing. I have tried the reset etc. Are there other options?

 

Well I've tried hard resetting several time's and nothing has happened. Microsoft/Xbox either needs to tap into our console's to solve problem, but I don't know what else to do to get it solved.

 

Same thing habeen happening to me for the past month and it just now turned on said it to took long and then went to a black screen tried turning it off and it won't turn off acting as if there is a backround download

 

Hi, try leaving the Xbox at that black screen for at least an hour or even a little longer. If all else fails try factory restoring the xbox using a USB flash drive. Check out the link below for how to do this.

I left it on the blank screen after about 40 mins to 1 hour and my home page came back to life. Just leave it on that whilst it does what does and might work for you.
