Discus and support will not let us on xbox live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my son entered his xbox live code on the xbox one. it will not let him use it.     "Your membership is suspended until you update your payment information"

    I have updated it on the xbox and it still will not let us in to Xbox live.

    We show paid up until 11/13
