Will not let me sign in to my main account please help!

Whenever I try to sign into my main account it gives me pop up saying sorry. It then goes to a loading screen and stays their. Is their anything I can do to fix it? Was it a console ban? Thanks in advance.

im trying to get my windows live id to my main xbox account but everytime i try and sign in it puts me on this account please help me im trying to get my windows live id for my main account

can someone please help me i want my main account back but microsoft wont let me reset my password

can someone please help me get my account back! ive been trying for ages to reset my password due to microsoft not letting me sign in due to me forgetting my password, but i remeber everything else that ive done with that account just about, all i want to
do is play my account again, please someone help me get it back or help me reset my password ((( desperate My main account name is Vexrt, im currently using an account called somone anybody help me please!

Just tried to login to my other account and it said their was a problem with it. It said to try and fix it at Xbox support.

Hey Patrick19171803 -

If you haven't yet, I recommend you
remove the Xbox Live account from your Xbox One console,
power cycle, then trying again.

Give that a shot and let us know how that goes.

It will now let me sign into my main account on mobile data but for some reason not on WiFi. I do appreciate the help however, but I just don't get why it won't let me while on WiFi.

My main microsoft account has trouble signing into it.

Every time i would sign into it, it would always say theres a temporary problem and to check back again later.

It also won't let me sign into my xbox account.

If anyone knows whats going on with it please help me.

I just joined today and i added a friend but for some reason i cant send him a message

This doesn't help because the app will not let me choose to sign into a different Microsoft account. I also cannot access the Choose an account screen shown in that page because when I choose to sign in, I am automatically signed into the account that
is not my main account and I am given no other options.
