will not let me renew my gold membership

Discus and support will not let me renew my gold membership in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have tried to renew my membership for 2 weeks but something will not allow it ..I have tried every way available..will not renew..system gave me 2...     I have tried to renew my membership for 2 weeks but something will not allow it ..I have tried every way available..will not renew..system gave me 2 week trial..its up-still not working-tried all options...billing wont work

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please post what type of error codes you receive when you try to purchase a membership either on the website or the console?

    If the error you receive is billing related though you will need to contact phone support as only they can deal with billing issues.

    It is odd that you are not receiving any kind of error at all when you fail to purchase a membership either on the website or the console.

    Can you log into commerce.microsoft.com to see if there are any billing issues associated with your gamertag?

    However, even if there aren't I'm going to recommend you contact phone support for assistance with this as, without an error code, there isn't much we can do to help as we don't have enough information.

    If you mean you tried renewing using a 2week trial then that would be why

    2week trials dont change your status to gold nor does it give you full access to Xbox live

    Games like destiny do not operate on trial cards

    It's specific to the games you got it in and likitred basic feature

    Also note if you tried to add. A 2 week trial since you are gold it wont work

    trials dont stack you must wait till your gold runs outbbefoee the Trial applies

    Trials can't overwrite gold
