    Will not install.


    For the past few weeks I have been trying to play Ark Survivle Evolved. It was working just fine until I had to update it, however the update would never finish. It would say 100% downloaded but never end, it stayed that way for a couple days. I ended up
    stopping the download and uninstalled the game, but when I try to reinstall it nothing happens. It will not start the download or give an error message, it just sits there. I tried to see if I could install some other games, and to my surprise it worked. There
    were no issues with the games I downloaded and everything went smoothly. Hopefully someone can help me figure this out.

    I can not install. Just says its pending. I have tried rebooting tablet. Windows 8.1 any help?

    Hey there XGN BASS REAPER,

    Sorry to hear about the installation problems. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

    Are you using an external hard drive with the console as well or just the internal hard drive?

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    Even with the 2nd disc NOT installed I get loads of pop in texture problems.

    How did they push the game back and overlook this issue. I like Rock Star and all but this is a fumble, after picking up a gain of 20.

    Installing now, 3 discs is a hassle, but I'd rather get them all out of the way now than do it as I need the disc!
