    Will not give points for games I bought.


    On my Microsoft Rewards app on my Xbox one it states that if I bought Far Cry I would get 6000 points, State of Decay 2, 3000 points and Minecraft Xbox One edition 2000 points. I have bought all three games as they requested but yet have earned
    the points for the games it requested and bought.

    Not being given points for games I have won.

    Is your ranking over 1600? If you're ranked over 1600, you get 0 points for beating anyone under 1500. There are probably other cutoffs like that. Basically, if you beat someone ranked a lot lower than you, you may get 0 points.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support. Also keep in mind it
    can take 72 hours for the points to show.

    They give you 240ms points in the box and i just got an email giving me 160 for free as i bought the first one. I've no intention of buying this but thanks for the.free ms points Microsoft

    I Seriously need help!!!!!!

    If you bought the microsoft points from a store, then they MAY give you your money back if go back and explain what happend. (That's only if you haven't peeled off the back revealing the code)

    If you bought the ms points via xbox live, then there in no chance for a refund.



    Might I suggest purchasing an arcade game instead.
