    Will not connect at all


    When I first turn on my Xbox it some time signs me in or it says "Sorry, (my gamertag)" or "Bye, (my gamertag)". When it does sign in from the start it kicks me off a couple minutes later not letting me sign back in,\.

    Then once i go into settings>network and press 'Test network connection' it says "It's all good, you're connected to the internet". But when I select 'Test multiplayer connection" it gives me a message saying "Can't finish multiplayer tests, Back up and
    try the test again. If it still doesn't work there may be a problem with your network."

    Ive tried both my networks and I experienced the same problems. I don't if this is useful but my NAT type is Moderate and below it, it says "Service info unavailable".

    It never really worked and i'm getting aggravated and I cannot get this to work.

    Did you buy it on eBay? If the seller didn't state that it had been modified you should return it to them for a refund. You cannot solve this I'm afraid, a console ban is a console ban

    What kind of network environment do you have? What router and what modem. Is your Xbox set for automatic in the network settings?

    The service is back up and running.

    Whilst its fantastic to hear that some of you are getting back online, the service alert page still reflects that there are issues. If you run into any more problems please be sure to check in on that.

    You could have set your Xbox to offline and still signed in to your account in return being able to play your games just offline.
