Will not be refunded for an order that was made when I recieved an error on t he page.

To clarify I went to order a power supply and when I tried to confirm the purchase I was brought to an error on the page. So I tried doing it again and received another error so I gave up.

Today I saw my account was charged for TWO power bricks, while not getting any confirmation for my order. I also tried doing the refund process online and they don't even show up in my order history.I tried talking to xbox support chat and they told me they
couldn't cancel or refund the order????!!!!!?????!!!!!????

Who can I speak to about this? Maybe on xbox chat they don't have the capabilities to refund something like that but I desperately need help.

Xbox Account has been Hacked

Actually he may indeed be refunded.

Calling support is right and then he should be asking them to open an Unauthorised Access case. If they find in his favour, that the charge was made when the account was outside of his control, then he can be refunded

 

Help With A Service Order

I created a service order for my xbox one. But when i tried to print the service order sheet to send it, it didnt let me open it. And on the page it said my device was already on its way when I had just recieved the email from microsoft that i had created
the order. What can i do to get the service order sheet?
