Discus and support Will not accept my card information in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm have tried several times to add my credit card to my account It's a visa It keeps saying there is an error There is money on the card....     I'm have tried several times to add my credit card to my account

    It's a visa

    It keeps saying there is an error

    There is money on the card.

    Need help

    Unable to receive 1 month $1 Gold subscription

    The problem is most likely with the prepaid Visa. Xbox typically does not accept prepaid cards becuase the billing information for the card does not match that of the profile. Sorry.

    LOOKS LIKE FROM THE BOARD I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE AGAIN. THIS HAPPENS EVERY YEAR WHEN I GET ONE AND I END UP PAYING DOUBLE, ONCE FOR THE CARD AND THEN AGAIN CAUSE YOUR SITE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT AND CONTINUALLY GIVES ERRORS AND NO ONE EVER RESPONDS OR HELPS AND
    I HAVE TO PAY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. WELL THIS YEAR I WANT TO USE MY CARD. I WILL NOT UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION UNTIL YOU APPLY THIS. MY SON IS GOING TO BE SO UPSET WHEN YOU DISCONNECT HIM FOR PAYMENT JUST BECAUSE YOUR SITE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE PAYMENT.

    if it's a prepaid visa that would be why

    Your card must be in the same region as your account region

    If it's a prepaid visa you must turn on Online transactions and reoccurring purchasing and have billing info registered on the vendors site

    AlsoAlso if the prepaid card isn't working still then you are going to have to get another card with prepaid cards it's 80% chance of not working you can only guess and pray

    And ask Support sometimes to help add it

    Same problem. I've tried different credit cards AND Paypal (which accepts my card without an issue, and even shows my rewards). Card works fine everywhere else. It's quite annoying because I got a free pass with my $2,000 video card and wanted to try it, but MS is forcing me to subscribe to use it, but then won't accept my payment information.

    I would enter your specific card information to pay if it no longer accepts paypal account, often times Paypal does not accept a transaction if paypal itself has backed up charges as well.
