Will next gen games work on all Xbox one platforms?

Wait... what you mean? I just found out the xbox series x games will work on xbox one as said my the manager of xbox.

not really a feature, pc games are scalable, so will the future games on xbox, they are just using it as a marketing ploy saying "oh look we will give you an enhanced version free".

Hi,

The first party games will support what Microsoft has called 'Smart Delivery'. This means that if you buy a digital version of a Smart Delivery game, you will also get the Series X version for free.

Disc games won't benefit from this feature though, so there will be a separate discs for Xbox One games and Series X games.
