Will my son be able to play my x360 games?

I have a 10 year old x360 account and have purchased a heap of games and content over the years. Just got a new console and am migrating all of these to our new system. I am unsure though, can any other user on the new x360 use these games? These games were
purchased by me, using gamertag "A" and my 5 year old son will soon have gamertag 'B'. Will he be able to access the games and content on our local xbox 360? He doesn't have to purchase each one to be eligible to play them does he?? Please help if you can!

K thnx guys, but now i have new questions. So i assume most wont migrate so fast right? how long? a year? 6 months? and also, will i be able to play my x360 games on x720, will a bbe able to load my x360 profile into x720, will it save my Gamerscore and
my arcade games and bought dlcs?

 

X1 and X360

If ill have X360 and my friend will ahve X1, will we be able to play the same game (2 discs) online together?

 

as long as both accounts are on the purchasing console then both accounts can access any games bought and or DLC for said games.

 

Thanks Dave. Sounds promising then, although this isn't the purchasing console (yet). I have transferred the HDD over via transfer cable but still need to transfer the licences (just waiting on my ancient hotmail account to be reactivated by Microsoft first).
