Will my Sea Of Thieves progress save if I switch to PC?

I want to switch to PC with Sea of Thieves for better graphics etc and I need to know if my progress will save because I nearly have Pirate Legand and I don't want to reset all of that progress, so if I buy Sea Of Thieves, will my progress be saved and transfered over to my pc or will I have to start from scratch?

Yes. Since the game is a Play Anywhere title, your save is stored on the cloud and will synch up when you start the game on PC.

I sadly haven't played since when it released. Lots of my friends switched to other games and don't play as much Sea of Thieves. I did redownload SoT and planning on swerving on the seas soon.

tis a bit daft though, as halo mcc and sea of thieves and other games that are Microsoft published all support cross save from steam to pc and even Xbox.

I am pretty sure with Sea of Thieves your progress is stored in the cloud. So it is as simple as just signing into your Xbox One S with your username and loading Sea of Thieves up once it has been downloaded. On first load, your save data should sync with
the game.

If you are talking about transferring from one gamertag account to a different Gamertag account, that is not possible as far as I am aware.
