    Will my saves from over a year ago be recognized on my new Xbox One S console?


    Sold my Xbox One 11 months ago in the middle of playing Halo MCC. Picking up my new One S tomorrow and wondering if once I put my new copy of MCC collection in, will it link up with old cloud saves?

    I am not 100% it was saved to the cloud but assumed it was. How can I find out

    Problems with Sync'ing.

    I really wish the xBox One could give us more feedback while sync'ing. More often than not, my syncs fail. The current issue is Minecraft Better Together. I can play on my home xBox Original, save and quit. One of these games is over a year in the making
    (any way to back this one up). On my new xBox S machine the game(s) are no where to be found. The offerings here are for games from several months ago. Help!

    Game save transfers to Xbox One S or Scorpio

    If I upgrade to a One S or wait a year for the Scorpio, will all my games saves (game progress) transfer from the cloud to the new console one I sign in with my Gamertag on the new console and, if so, will the saves be saved to the internal hard drive on
    the new console or will the old game saves be from the cloud-only on the new console?

    Once you sign into the console with your Xbox profile (your Microsoft account), you'll get all your digital content back. This includes digitally purchased games, DLC, and access to your cloud saves.

    All Xbox One games automatically store your saves in the cloud. You will be able to pick up right where you left off on Halo MCC once you get it up and running on your Xbox One S.

    We have limited data per month in regards to downloads, will all of this digital content be downloaded?

    Also, is there any way to delete cloud content in case there are old items we do not want? I would hate to download 5 GB of something no longer needed

    You can't delete cloud content, but if you delete something from your console it will be also deleted in the cloud.

    Can I stop games from trying to download from the cloud until I can get to my buddies house to use wi-fi?

    Say i have a couple downloads from last year on my old console but do not want them on my new one, can those be deleted?

    You can't delete cloud content, but if you delete something from your console it will be also deleted in the cloud.
