will my new account get banned?

Hi so I just got an indefinite suspension on my account, I’m fully aware of what I’ve done wrong and I accept the punishment. However I’m asking on behalf of me making a new account if I were to use the same email/deb info/ personal info that may have been used in my banned acct will it lead to my new account getting banned as well since they are “connected”

The new account will not get banned if it does not violate the ToS.

I got console banned while playing on and account, if I buy a new xbox and use the same account will my new xbox get console banned? Or will it not

Both my console and account got perm banned.

So my question is if i buy a new console and set up a new account will i get automatically banned by Microsoft? I'm worried that if i spend £200+ on a brand new xbox that Microsoft will ban me straight away because they see my name and address.

Create the account in another family members name, and just "borrow" it

My account that was banned, was new, I dont understand why it was banned, this is ridiculous, support team said no un-authorization was made to the account, if that's the case, then why was it banned, I didn't do anything but play games....and I was literitly
signed off my console from another console the day it was banned...

If nothing can be done, and I cannot get my account back, I guess I have to watch out for my other new account to be banned too since I didn't do anything.. right ?
