It is probably that the world you are playing in the beta app won't be compatible with the normal version of the game, so i think it is possible you will lose the world, but if you install again the beta app the world will still there

To fix get rid of the beta Minecraft you must delete the insider app and reinstall minecraft

I had this problem before. I would try to delete Minecraft and reinstalled it. If you just delete minecraft it won't delete your world. There's a separate box where it shows your save data, don't delete that. Is it only for one of your worlds, because I
only had one world that would crash. Hope this helps man.
