Will my games transfer to a new Xbox if I use my Microsoft account?

It’s hard to ask in one sentence, but my Xbox One S just broke, and I’ve had it for several years and downloaded several games onto the console. My question is, if I log into my Microsoft Account on a new Xbox, will I have to purchase all of my games again?

Yes it will, so will your saves.

Everything you purchase is tied to your account. So as long as you use the same account, you'll still have access to all of your purchases.

Sadly I wish I could simply just change the email however I can't because my mom is still using and needed her Microsoft account and email. And I do not wish to transfer the data form the Xbox live profile to new profile I wish to transfer the actual Xbox
Live profile to a new Microsoft account.

Ok good but I have another question,

If I transfer both of my accounts to a new Xbox and I use the license transfer to put the dlc on my new one will my other account get it?

When I set up the new xbox I had to create a new account so that we could both use the xbox's at the same time but different games. My daughter was signed in under my account before she got her own xbox so her saved games are on my account. Is there a way
to transfer saved files for one Microsoft account to another account? I have been able to move the DLC and other packs to her new xbox.
