Will my gamerscore be reset if a modder unlocks them in a multiplayer match?

I'm a little worried to play multiplayer Call of Duty Black Ops II on Xbox 360 since there have been reports of so called modders unlocking achievements automatically for you. My question is, will I have any problems if a hacker unlocks all the achievements for me when I did not actively seek out such methods?

If you are worried about your achievements in the game being unlocked, then the best thing to do is play with your friends in a private match. That way, you shouldn't unlock any achivements by a hacker.

There's no way to have a single achievement removed from a gamertag. When a gamertag is found to have illegitimately gained achievements, the entire gamerscore is reset, those achievements are blocked from being unlocked again, and the gamertag is branded
as "cheater". My advice is to stay away from any CoD older than Black Ops. They run rampant with modders.

If the Gamerscore was reset because the achievements were modded, you cannot unlock them again. Ever.

Yea, my gamerscore reset too. Everything seemed fine until I unlocked a couple achievements in Reach (Which I thought was really strange considering I already unlocked them all).

Looking at your achievements, you have a lot of games with 0 Gamerscore. This looks like you modded your Gamerscore and were reset which is why you are can't unlock them any longer. You can only unlock new achievements for games you play after the reset.
