Trouble logging into elder scrolls online since then horns of the reach

I have had problems getting on to ESO since the horns of the reach update and can't seem to get in the game past the character/s selection. I have followed all instructions from the eso representatives and can't get it to work also I have done the by following
the instructions from the Xbox live team and nothing seems to work on my account for eso. I have set up a temporary account which works but I want to find out why or what's going on with my original eso game.

How to change the Xbox country (region)?

on the xbox one or 360?

Changing your region on xbox one works but if you are trying to download region locked content on 360games you need to do it on this website under manage my account and change my region

XBOX applications, XBOX in the web version, I have put the web version and the XBOX app into the current region of the Russian Federation, because my whole Microsoft account into this area. And I've been out of the XBOX integration plan.

No one knows anything...but problably not as all billing will be handled through Xbox acct so it hopefully will be linked like Diablo or GTA V.

At this point let's just hope that the game is released ....

They did say something about server transfers and have talked with Zenimax online billing about this topic, and the answer should be yes, but it's been a while since that phone call. They did say if you have the game, and if you have character or not al
can be transferred. As a part to subscription and micro-transactions I honestly don't know if microsoft will have that option, seeing how they fail to do so with games like defiance. I have bought the pc version and they did say that server transfers were
only $10 USD and Imperial upgrade was $15 USD but like I said it's been a while since that phone call.

The accounts will not be linked....the PC account can be copied to console only for those PC accounts that were created prior to June 30, 2014. It's not a server transfer but rather an account copy. Nothing leaves PC it's just a copy if an eligible PC
account chooses to buy the $20 digital version of the game. Disc owners of console will not be able to copy their accounts.

Once the account is copied progress will stay separate. Characters, inventory and bank.

No guild, mail, guild bank etc will copy over.

I have the EXACT same issue, been like this for years now. I raised tickets with eso support and they said to raise it with Microsoft xbox support.

I've ruled out everything bar my eso account, tried multiple xbox's on multiple isp's, clearing data, opening ports, the works. But like you, New eso account works.

The problem is, Zenimax/Bethesda are saying it's a Microsoft issue, Microsoft are saying it's a Zenimax/Bethesda issue, and nobody is acknowledging the issue and this is not helping

Quick question. How long have you been playing eso? I'm trying to see a correlation between the issue and what patch version eso was at around the time of First encountering.

It seems my problem is with my account. I received a new Xbox One through the advanced exchange. Using my current account, I was still unable to play digital downloads (I even tried to download Killer Instinct to see if it was simply the individual games,
but that didn't work). I reset to factory defaults, removed the Xbox One as my current account's Home Xbox, and created a brand new account. I was able to successfully download and play the games I couldn't play with my current account (except Zoo Tycoon,
which I just downloaded he demo). I then signed in with my current account and installed the full version of Zoo Tycoon. It did not work.

I think this is a Cloud issue.
