Will my beta worlds work when the official update comes out?

When you delist the game from its beta client back to the current version that is publicly avaliable, you will lose access to any world that was in the beta version until the update that was in the beta version comes out to the regular base game.

It is very confusing I know. To make a long explanation short, you can go back to the game outside of beta but the worlds saved or created in the beta will be locked until the game gets an official update. You'd get an "outdated" error or something similar
to that. Unless you are trying to play with someone who doesn't want to mess with the beta it isn't really advised to leave it because you may have to temporarily start a new world.

Have you opened the world when the Beta was send out by mistake a few weeks ago.

If you did then you wont be able to play on the world until the next update comes out.

This does not seem to be the official update. Hopefully your controller situation is sorted out. Until the official update, you will not be able to talk to your friends not in the beta.

You should probably check news.xbox.com, as they will probably post an official notice when the update goes live.

Last week the beta was send out to all Xbox One users of the game even if you are not signed up for beta by accident.

Any worlds you opened while you had the beta installed will only be able to be played again once the next update comes out.

If you had the BETA update that was send out by mistake to all xbox one users and you opened a world that world will only be able to be played again once the update is out of beta.

As the beta has new features that wont be able to be turned back to version 1.10.
