Will my Beats Pro's work with the new Xbox One controller?

Discus and support Will my Beats Pro's work with the new Xbox One controller? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; They're both 3.5mm jacks so I assume it will.     Will my Beats Pro's work with the new Xbox One controller?


    They're both 3.5mm jacks so I assume it will. I've read of people being able to use them and people not being able to. If so, how do I set it all up? Also, how would I use the mic since it's built right in? Thank you!

    Headset Adapter and Beats Studio Headset

    I had a black cord that came with my beats that work on my xbox one perfectly but the cord broke. So i tried the red one and no longer can i chat. I bought a new one from beats and that one doesn't work. Since monster made the old beats you can no longer
    get that blackcord they no longer carry it and they changed it because now they make u buy a different one for the iPhone and android. SO the blackjack that works you can no longer get.

    First Post. Not a rant I promise.

    it was a custom class with pro perks. Otherwise I wouldnt have said anything.

    @Xurts your right about the "pro's" they are more common than the squeekers. And the min you beat them in one game they message you calling you a try hard or a cheater/glitcher.

    If you are looking to chat with the Beats Pro headset, then i would have to say that it wouldn't work. The only way to chat is with xbox supported microphone headsets such as the ones they sell, or turtlebeach/astro/etc. I also wouldn't see it working for
    just sound either unless it has a special blutooth capability.

    Same problem here. Neither my Pro Sevens or my original Xbox one headsets work. Was going to buy a new controller until I spotted this post.

    Online play,not for the ground game player.

    i have worked out there is no benefit from using pro controls.

    everyone uses amateur online by the look of it,so they can beat you to every transition.

    i have won a lot more fights since i switched from pro control.
